The Radical Innovation Summit is the annual Mexico City gathering for builders, investors, and policy people who treat liberty as infrastructure. It is hosted at Universidad de la Libertad—Av. Constituyentes #1100, Lomas Altas—and run with Atlas Network and the university’s Centro RBSP / Iris Startup Lab. Network Bank attended the 2024, 2025, and 2026 summits (10 September 2026, CDMX). The conversation is the one we bank: Bitcoin and decentralized finance, AI, special economic zones, and the institutions that have to exist after the keynote ends.
We have not been the only Próspera presence. The Próspera team has attended each year, including cofounders of the ZEDE and the Manager of Próspera ZEDE in his official capacity. That is the point of a summit that puts startup cities on the same program as think tanks and founders: the people who operate a real jurisdiction show up, not only the people who write about one.
RIS is not a generic tech conference. Atlas Network and Universidad de la Libertad use it to pressure-test “Freedom to Innovate” projects—co-creation workshops, a shark-tank style pitch, and a public conference day that has drawn more than two hundred participants from around the world. Past programs have mixed Bitcoin policy, AI, and zone design with cultural and builder-track days on campus.
The 2026 edition adds Phoenix Fire, a closed convocatoria with a $150,000 MXN prize—another on-campus contest in the same spirit as the university’s other founder stages, including the FinTech World Cup Mexico Qualifiers where Network Bank took second place.
A bank for special zones and network states should be in the rooms where those ideas meet Latin American capital, talent, and universities. Universidad de la Libertad is one of those rooms. We return because the people we serve—founders, zone operators, and the Próspera community—are already there.
